  導師簡(jiǎn)介:

  徐丹, 博士, 副研究員,碩士生導師

  2007年本科畢業(yè)于西北大學(xué)生命科學(xué)與技術(shù)基地班, 2010年西北大學(xué)獲細胞生物學(xué)碩士,2015年在中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所獲細胞生物學(xué)博士。2015年福州大學(xué)生物科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院生命科學(xué)研究所助理研究員,2020福建醫科大學(xué)神經(jīng)科學(xué)研究院副研究員。在國內外主流學(xué)術(shù)雜志發(fā)表論文20篇,其中第一作者/通訊作者(含共同)11篇。曾獲得中國科學(xué)院地奧獎學(xué)金、益海嘉里優(yōu)秀博士生獎、恒源英才獎等多個(gè)獎項;2019年獲福州大學(xué)青年教師勵志獎。目前作為遺傳雜志審稿人、國家自然科學(xué)基金函評專(zhuān)家。

  主要研究方向

  主要從事神經(jīng)發(fā)育疾病及其病理機制的研究。該實(shí)驗室主要利用子宮內胚胎電轉技術(shù)(IUE)研究新腦皮層發(fā)育過(guò)程中神經(jīng)前體細胞的增殖、分化及神經(jīng)院的遷移過(guò)程。同時(shí)利用時(shí)空特異性敲除策略分析基因敲除小鼠的生長(cháng)發(fā)育過(guò)程及行為學(xué)特征來(lái)進(jìn)一步研究神經(jīng)發(fā)育疾病的病理機制。
